The $950 covers the typical disbursement costs of marketing and selling your home and the rest is split between myself and the Buyer's agent. If you would prefer to pay more to the buyers agent, no problem, unlike other brokerages, increases in commission for the Buyer's agent is entirely optional, it's your choice.

Rest assured that despite the lower commission, you'll receive the same level of service as you would with any other agent. I'll help you determine the appropriate listing price and list your home on the local real estate board MLS® system, so your listing appears on popular sites like realtor.ca and hundreds of other MLS partner sites. I also offer professional photography included in all my listings. 3D virtual tours, floor plans and video options are also available.

Throughout the process, I'll provide advice and guidance every step of the way, with the ultimate goal of helping you sell your home.
